After a long uphill climb, racing against time to be in position to catch the first light of this early March morning before the sun broke the horizon I was fortunate to find this pair of rocks nicely angled against each other to provide a perfect foreground interest. The moor is strewn with granite boulders like these and they always make for interesting photographic subjects when the light is right.
